A recipe I have used so much it's almost unreadable. Lived in Glacier Park,Montana late 50's so I got it from a great cook there.

Ingredients For caramel apple pudding

3/4 call purpose flour

1/2 csugar

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspsalt
- SIFT TOGETHER:
- ADD:1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED APPLES, 1/2 CUP NUTS AND 1/2 CUP MILK AND BLEND WITH FLOUR MIXTURE
- SPREAD INTO 1 1/2 QT CASSEROLE DISH
- COMBINE:

3/4 cbrown sugar

1/4 cbutter or margarine

3/4 cboiling water
- STIR UNTIL BUTTER IS MELTED, POUR OVER BATTER

1Bake in med oven, @375 for 45 to 50 minutes till golden

2Serve warm with whipped cream,whipped topping or ice cream
