Do not even remember where I got this recipe. Had it for years. I love rice for main dish, side, or dessert. This is creamy and good. Do not use frozen whipped topping instead of cream. It is not as good.

1 pkgenvelope of unflavored gelatin

1 chot milk

1 pinchsalt

2 ccooked rice
-
1 cchopped pecans

1 cbrown sugar

1 cheavy whipping cream
How To Make butterscotch rice parfait

1Dissolve gelatin in hot milk. Add salt, brown sugar, rice, and nuts. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill until partially set.

2Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold into gelatin mixture. Chill until set or spoon into glasses and chill. Serve.
