Ingredients For bunyan's diabetic cookie salad

2 cbuttermilk

2 lgboxes sugar free instant vanilla pudding (the family sized boxes)

1 cheavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks

1 lgcan pineapple chunks, drained

1 can(8 oz) mandarin oranges, drained

1 bunchthompson seedless grapes

4bananas, sliced
-
32crumbled fudge stripe cookies
How To Make bunyan's diabetic cookie salad

1Mix pudding with buttermilk

2Gently fold in the whipped cream, pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, & bananas

3Refrigerate overnight

4Place cookies in a gallon sized zip top baggie, squeeze out most of the air
-
5Roll bag with a rolling pin to crumble the cookies
-
6Just before serving gently fold in the crumbled cookies

7Serve immediately
