Ingredients For bunyan's diabetic cookie salad

  • 2 c
    buttermilk
  • 2 lg
    boxes sugar free instant vanilla pudding (the family sized boxes)
  • 1 c
    heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 lg
    can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can
    (8 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 bunch
    thompson seedless grapes
  • 4
    bananas, sliced
  • 32
    crumbled fudge stripe cookies

How To Make bunyan's diabetic cookie salad

    Mix pudding with buttermilk
  • 2
    Gently fold in the whipped cream, pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, & bananas

    Refrigerate overnight
  • 4
    Place cookies in a gallon sized zip top baggie, squeeze out most of the air
  • 5
    Roll bag with a rolling pin to crumble the cookies
  • 6
    Just before serving gently fold in the crumbled cookies

    Serve immediately
