I normally don't care for bread puddings but when my bowling buddy made this recipe and it was a big hit.

Ingredients For bread pudding

1loaf of cinnamon raisin bread

1 cgranulated sugar

1 cbrown sugar
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
-
1 tspsalt
-
9eggs
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla
-
2 cmilk
-
2 chalf and half
- TOPPING
-
1/2 cgranulated sugar
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
-
1 stickbutter
-
1 cvanilla ice cream
How To Make bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Crumble bread into 9x13 greased pan.

3Wisk 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.

4Heat milk and half and half in microwave for 4 minutes. Pour into the above mixture and wisk. Pour over bread and let set for 15 minutes.

5Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

6Bring the topping ingredients to a boil stirring constantly until thick (approximately 7 minutes. Pour over bread pudding.
