3eggs

2 cwarm milk

1/2 csugar

1 tspvanilla

1/2 craisins

maple syrup
How To Make bread and butter pudding

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Butter a deep dish 9 inch pie plate or 9 inch square cake pan.

3Generously butter one side of bread, but in half to make two triangles.

4Arrange triangles, buttered side up, in prepared dish.

5In bowl, beat eggs well mixed.

6Add milk, sugar and vanilla; beat together.

7Stir in raisins.

8Slowly pour over bread making sure all bread is well soaked.

9Bake 45 minutes or until custard has set.

10Serve with warm maple syrup.
