How To Make blueberry lavender pudding for two

1Place 3 ingredients for whipped cream in a medium bowl, whip with hand mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Covered the bowl and refrigerate.

2In a blender, add milk, blueberries, dried lavender, lemon juice and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.

3In a medium saucepan, simmer blueberries smoothie, honey, salt and gelatin powder on medium heat stove. Turn the heat off.

4Strain the mixture with a fine strainer, make the mixture smoother (removing dried lavender buds and blueberries skin)

5Pour into 2 - 7 oz glasses or ramekins, cover with plastic and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

6Serve with whipped cream on top of pudding.
