Ingredients For blueberry american pudding

3 cblueberries

1 cbrown sugar

6 Tbspbutter

1 csugar
-
2/3 csoftened butter

dash vanilla

2eggs

2 cheavy cream

1 1/2 cflour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspgrated orange rind
-
3/4 corange juice
-
6 Tbspgrand marnier (optional)
How To Make blueberry american pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Simmer blueberries in brown sugar and 6 tablespoons butter.

2Cream sugar, 2/3 cup butter and vanilla. Add eggs and beat. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into creamed sugar and butter mixture. Add orange rind and juice.

3Place blueberry mixture in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish. Pour batter over berries, Bake 45 minutes. Whip cream and add grand marnier and serve as topping. Serves 10-12
