Ingredients For blueberry american pudding

3 cblueberries

1 cbrown sugar
-
6 Tbspbutter
-
1 csugar
-
2/3 csoftened butter
-
dash vanilla
-
2eggs
-
2 cheavy cream
-
1 1/2 cflour
-
2 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2 tspgrated orange rind
-
3/4 corange juice
-
6 Tbspgrand marnier (optional)
How To Make blueberry american pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Simmer blueberries in brown sugar and 6 tablespoons butter. -
2Cream sugar, 2/3 cup butter and vanilla. Add eggs and beat.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into creamed sugar and butter mixture. Add orange rind and juice. -
3Place blueberry mixture in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish.
Pour batter over berries,
Bake 45 minutes.
Whip cream and add grand marnier and serve as topping.
