This recipe is from Taste of Home, but I did have this at a family gathering a few years ago. It's light, refreshing and easy to make. You can also make this a figure friendly dessert by using reduced fat ingredients.

Ingredients For banana split dessert

2 cgraham crackers, crushed

5 Tbspmargarine, melted

1 can(12 oz) cold evaporated milk

1/4 ccold milk

2 pkg(1 oz ea.) instant vanillia pudding mix

2 mdfirm bananas, sliced

1 can(20 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained

1container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
-
3 Tbspchopped walnuts
-
2 Tbspchocolate syrup
-
5maraschino cherries, quartered
How To Make banana split dessert

1combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine; press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

2In a bowl, whisk the evaporated milk, regular milk, and pudding mixes for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spread pudding evenly over crust. Layer with bananas, pineapple and whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with the cherries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
