Ingredients For aunt cynthia's noodle kugel

one package white noodles, 1 pound

2 tablespoons kosher salt

six eggs, beaten

1 pint sour cream or substitute low-fat sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup butter
-
three green apples, peeled and sliced thin

2/3 cup sugar
-
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup golden raisins

nonstick spray
How To Make aunt cynthia's noodle kugel

1preheat oven to 325°. Bring a large pot of cold water to a boil, season with 2 tablespoon salt and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and return to warm pot with butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

2Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray and spread noodle mixture into pan evenly. Place pan into a larger pan filled with 1/2 inch of water, to create a water bath. Cook for 45 minutes.
