1 crice,uncooked valencia rice

2 cwater

1 cancondensed milk

1 canevaporated milk

1cinnamon stick

1/2lemon peel

1/4 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspcorn starch

1 Tbspcinnamon powder
How To Make arroz con leche aka rice pudding

1In a medium pot bring the water and rice to a boil, add in the cinnamon stick, lemon peel & vanilla extract...reduce to low for 20 mins.

2stir in the condensed milk and evaporated milk, stirring constantly, so it doesn't stick, add in the corn starch and continue to stir till thickened about 15 mins.

3add in raisins ( if desired)...set aside and let cool...you can pour in individual ramikens or leave in a large bowl...sprinkle with cinnamon.
