This is the first time I made it for a family dinner and it is almost gone for my son takes some to work in his lunch. Everyone enjoyed it. I doubled the recipe to put it in a 9x13 baking dish.

Ingredients For apple pudding

1/2margarine

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1egg, beaten

1 cflour
-
1 tspsoda
-
1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/2 tspcloves
-
1/2 tspcinnamon

2 capples, chopped

1 tspvanilla

3/4 cnuts, chopped
How To Make apple pudding

1Cream the margarine and brown sugar in a bowl.

2Add the egg and mix well.

3Sift dry ingredients together.

4Add to creamed mixture and blend well.

5Add the apples and vanilla and mix.

6Pour into a greased baking dish (8x8 or 9x9)and place nuts on top.

7Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
