I put the ends of bread, stale dinner rolls etc in the freezer and make this up when I get a bag full or so.

Ingredients For apple bread pudding

4 cbread crumbs

1/2 craisins
-
2 capples pealed, cored and sliced - if you preffer to leave the peals on i would recommend dicing the apples small

1 cbrown sugar

1 3/4 chalf and half
-
1/4 cbutter
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspvanilla
-
2eggs, beaten
How To Make apple bread pudding

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan. (app. 7x11)

2Combine bread crumbs, apples, and raisins.

3On stove top blend the brown sugar, milk and butter to a gentle boil and pour this mixture over the bread mixture. Let this rest for 5-10 minutes.

4Meanwhile combine the cinnamon, vanilla and beaten eggs.

5Gently pour the bread and milk mixture into your greased pan. Drizzle the egg mix over this.

6Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or untill the center is set and the edges start pulling away from sides of pan.

7Serve warm with cream or vanilla sauce (see my recipe).
