Ingredients For walnut pumpkin pie

1 pkggraham cracker pie crust

1 can(15 oz.) pumpkin
-
1 can(14 oz.) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk

1egg
-
1 1/4 tspground cinnamon
-
1/2 tspeach - ground ginger, nutmeg and salt

1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
-
2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 Tbspbutter, cold
-
3/4 cchopped walnuts
How To Make walnut pumpkin pie

1In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, 3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour into crust.

2Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove pie. Reduce oven to 350.

3Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts. Sprinkle walnut mixture over pie.

4Bake 40 minutes at 350 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
