This pie actually does just take a few minutes to prepare. I could have made one in the time it took to post this recipe. My Nephew's wife gave me this recipe years ago and I used to make it all of the time. It's really delicious. I forgot I had it until I started looking for something to post. I hope you will enjoy it.

Ingredients For two minute hawaiian pie

1 cancrushed pineapples, undrained (20oz)

1 boxinstant vanilla pudding mix (6 serving )

8 ozsour cream

19 inch graham cracker crust

1 can(8oz) pineapple slices

8maraschino cherries
-
1/2 csweetened flaked, coconut

1 smcontainer of cool whip for piping

1In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple with its syrup, dry pudding mix, and sour cream; mix until well combined.

2Spoon into pie crust and decorate top with pineapple slices and cherries; sprinkle with coconut.

3Pipe with Cool Whip if so desired. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
