How To Make two crust ohio lemon pie

1cut off ends of lemons.place on a cutting board to catch juice. slice into paper thin slices, remove any seeds
-
2combine lemon slices, juice and sugar. let stand 2 hours at room temperature

3beat eggs with salt and add to lemon mixture
-
4put in pastry shell

5cover with top crust, seal and slit

6bake first 15 minutes 425 degrees

7turn heat down to 350 degrees, bake additional 30 to 40 minutes
