My daughter-in-law introduced me to this wonderful pie. It is more common in the north and western areas of the country. I was a little skeptical, but love it. To me, it is better cold. So, enjoy.

1 clight brown sugar

3 lgeggs

1/2 cheavy cream

1 pinchsalt

1/2 cbutter, melted

How To Make transparent pie

1Combine flour & sugars; beat in eggs, cream, salt, butter, & vanilla. Pour into pie shell & bake at 425 for 30-35 mins or until firm. It is great alone, with fresh whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate, or with fruit.
