Ingredients For toll house pie

1unbaked deep dish pie crust (i use a pat in the pan crust)

2 lgeggs
-
1/2 call purpose flour
-
1/2 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cfirmly packed brown sugar

3/4 c1 1/2 sticks butter, softened

1 c6 oz. nestle's or ghiradelli, mini chips
-
*optional- can add 1 cup of nuts, chopped
-
*sweetened whipped cream or ice cream
How To Make toll house pie

1Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on high speed until foamy. Mix in your flour, and 2 sugars. Beat in the butter and blend until creamy.

2Stir in your morsels and nuts by hand and spoon into unbaked pie shell. Bake 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean near center. Cool on rack. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. (my favorite is the ice cream choice)
