Ingredients For toll house pie

  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    butter, melted and cooled to room temp
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1
    9 inch unbaked pie shell
  • whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

How To Make toll house pie

  • 1
    In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended.

    Blend in melted butter.

    Stir in chocolate chips
  • 4
    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
