1/2 cmargarine, melted

2 Tbsplight brown sugar

16 ozcream cheese, softened

1/2 clight brown sugar

3/4 cwhipped topping

1/2 tspalmond extract

3eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cfresh blueberries

1/2 cpeanut butter chips

How To Make blueberry cheese pie with toffee bits

1Preheat oven 325 degrees F.

2To make the crust, combine the Oreo cookies, margarine and brown sugar in a large food processor and grind for 30 seconds or until fine.

3Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.

4To make the filling, beat the cream cheese, whipped topping and almond extract in a medium bowl until smooth. Add eggs and beat on low speed just until combined.

5Stir blueberries, peanut butter chips and toffee bits into cream cheese mixture. Pour into the crust evenly.

6Bake for 20 minutes or until center is almost set.

7Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.

8Refrigerate for 4 hours. Just before serving, top with peanut butter chips and toffee bits.
