Ingredients For toasted coconut pie

3eggs ; beaten

1 1/2 csugar

1/2 cbutter / margarine ; melted

4 tsplemon juice

1 tspvanilla

1 1/3 cflaked coconut

9"unbaked pie shell
How To Make toasted coconut pie

1Thoroughly mix together : eggs , sugar , butter , lemon juice and vanilla ; stir in coconut.

2Pour coconut mixture into pie shell.

3Bake @ 350° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted half way between center and the edges comes out clean.

4I like to garnish with a dessert topping and sprinkle some toasted coconut on top or some whip cream and coconut..yummy.
