I have been trying to do homemade pizza once a week as a treat. Going out or ordering anything in is a big whoopla. Well, I actually don't even want to anymore after making this. By far, my favorite!!

How To Make "the junkyard" pizza (crust in bread machine)

  • 1

Turn machine on dough cycle. Let the dough go through the cycle (mine is about 1 hr 30 min. After the machine is done and beeps, let the dough rest from 5 to 30 minutes as you prepare the toppings. (I just chop them into a dice size and place them to a bowl, hand toss them together, set aside) The longer it rests, the thicker and more tasty the crust. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 475°F. Dump the dough out onto a sprayed pan you will bake the pizza on. Add 1 cup of sauce and add your choice of pizza toppings. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.
