the easiest lemon pie
I just love anything lemon y’all!! This recipe is just way too easy to throw together when you’re having a light, sweet, lemony craving. You can top it with whipped topping or a can of chilled cherry pie filling. Better yet, just do both! I use my toaster oven to bake mine. Enjoy!

Ingredients For the easiest lemon pie

1/2 clemon juice

3egg yolks

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1graham cracker pie crust

1tub of whipped topping

1 cancherry pie filling, optional
How To Make the easiest lemon pie

1Preheat oven/toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the first three ingredients with your hand mixer.

2Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

3Bake for 30 minutes.

4Allow to cool.

5Place in fridge. Top with toppings before serving.
