I just love anything lemon y’all!! This recipe is just way too easy to throw together when you’re having a light, sweet, lemony craving. You can top it with whipped topping or a can of chilled cherry pie filling. Better yet, just do both! I use my toaster oven to bake mine. Enjoy!

Ingredients For the easiest lemon pie

  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 3
    egg yolks
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1
    tub of whipped topping
  • 1 can
    cherry pie filling, optional

How To Make the easiest lemon pie

    Preheat oven/toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the first three ingredients with your hand mixer.

    Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
