I made this to bring for Thanksgiving several years ago it's always a hit with the grandchildren serve with fresh whipped cream. It's a good way to use leftover sweet potatoes.

Ingredients For sweet potato pie

3 lgsweet potatoes( prebaked)

1 cansweetened condensed milk

1/8 tspground cloves
-
1/4 tspground nutmeg

1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspvanilla or orange extract

1 pkgpie crust

2 lgeggs
-
1/3 cbrown sugar
How To Make sweet potato pie

1In a large bowl mash sweet potatoes and add remaining ingredients except pie crust.

2Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

3Fit pie crust into pie plate (I like to use refrigerated roll out dough).

4Pour sweet potato mixture into pie shell and bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean .Let cool on wire rack.
