I am not good at making crust, so when I found this recipe for apple pie that didn't require a traditional crust, I was delighted! It has become a holiday staple. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients For swedish apple pie

4-5large apples

1 Tbspsugar

1 tspcinnamon

1 cflour

1 csugar

1egg

1 1/2 stickbutter, melted
How To Make swedish apple pie

1Peel apples and slice. Place in pie tin.

2Mix the 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 Tbsp sugar, sprinkle over apples.

3Mix flour, sugar, melted butter and egg together.

4Pour this over the apples.

5Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

6Serve warm with vanilla bean ice cream!
