swedish apple pie
(50 ratings)
This is the easiest Swedish apple pie you will ever make. Great if you have extra apples and want to use them up quickly.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
An easy, tasty pie that showcases the wonderful flavor of apples! This is not your traditional apple pie recipe, but it's a seriously delicious apple dessert. The bottom layer is the apples. They're sweet and have a slight cinnamon flavor. The top crust is light and fluffy and is slightly crisp. Simple and delicious, this reminds us of a cobbler. A fantastic fall dessert.

5Have been asked whether to melt the butter or not, I didn't in this recipe, I spooned on the batter, some have and it still came out good, so I guess you can do it either way!
