This pie is light, fruity, cool, and the perfect summer pie. I use banana and strawberry jello and fruit. You can use whatever flavor you want.

Ingredients For summer pie

  • 4 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    powered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cool whip
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 pkg
    jello (4 serving)
  • 1 pkg
    cook vanilla pudding (4 serving)
  • 1 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 c
    fresh fruit (cut up)

How To Make summer pie

  • 1
    Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Stir in cool whip. Spread in crust. Refrigerate.

    Mix gelatin, pudding mix and water in medium saucepan until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until it bubbles. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir in fruit.

    Spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with cool whip and fruit. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
