1 csugar

1/4 ccorn starch

2 chalf n half

1/2 cmargarine, cut in pieces

1 tspvanilla

nutmeg, for sprinkling

1baked pie shell
How To Make sugar cream pie

1Combine sugar and corn starch in a heavy sauce pan. Add milk to dry mixture and then add margarine (cut into chunks).

2Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and starts to bubble. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

3Pour into baked pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve chilled. Makes one 9" pie.
