This is so refreshing. You can make it a "virgin" one if you are serving to children. If you're not serving to children it's worth it making it adult friendly :-)

Ingredients For strawberry margarita pie

  • CRUST
  • 1 1/4 c
    pretzels crushed into crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter melted
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • FILLING
  • 1 1/2 c
    strawberries diced
  • 1
    14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 c
    lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 c
    tequilla (can use less for your taste)
  • 2 Tbsp
    triple sec
  • 1 1/2 c
    cool whip-thawed

How To Make strawberry margarita pie

  • 1
    To make the crust, combine pretzel crumbs, butter and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of pie pan that has been lightly buttered or sprayed with cooking spray.

    Combine sweetened condensed milk, strawberries, lime juice, tequilla and triple sec. Gently fold in Cool Whip and pour into crust.

    Freeze for 4-8hrs. Let stand for about 10 minutes on counter before serving. Garnish with additional Cool Whip and strawberries if desired.
