Strawberries and Cream anyone?? As,Strawberries are In Season. This Idea came to me while searching Strawberry ideas. So Easy, Actually a bit Semi Homemade. . .& Super easy. Great for spring Holidays, or even a Mothers day tea. A very pretty surprise. EZ just Put together in the morning, Chill, and serve for dinner or Tea time. Note: With only 20 min to prepare Max. NO cooking involved but needs to Chill about 6-8 hrs before serving for best results. Photo coming soon as camera is up and running.

- 1ST LAYER, MIX WELL, SPREAD OVER CRUST

1graham cracker pie crust (8

8 Tbs(1 stk) butter

1 Cpdr sugar

2eggs beaten

1(8oz) pkg cream cheese
- FILLING , LAYER

1 Cheavy whipping cream, whipped

1/2 Csugar
- 3RD LAYER

2- 3 Cfresh sliced & sweetened strawberries (sweetened & drained.)

1This pie is made in Layers, So EZ to make. Mix together with Mixer, Cream Butter, Pdr Sugar, and eggs. Beat Until Fluffy. Add cream cheese cut in small chunks continue to beat till fluffy, and Mixed well. Spread over graham cracker Pie Crust. chill 1 hr.

2Top with Layer of Strawberries(sugared and drained with 1/4 cup of the sugar, drained of Juices) Personal Note: I like lots of Berries so I cover this layer well.

3Topping: While 1st layer is chilling, Mix whipped cream with 1/4 cup sugar Toss your sliced berries with the other 1/4 cup of sugar. set aside. Be sure you drain juice from the berries, before adding to layers of pie.

4place layer of whipped topping over chilled pie, Next, a layer of strawberries, and another layer of berries. Top, or Pipe with remaining Whipped Cream, Chill for 8 hrs. Garnish: with a few whole Strawberries, with stems on, for a very pretty simple Strawberry Cream pie. ENJOY.
