This is such a refreshing dessert for summer. Actually it's good anytime. Everyone loves it when I make this pie. especially on a hot summer day.

Ingredients For strawberry cream cheese pie

  • 1- 3 oz box
    strawberry jello
  • 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1-8 oz pkg
    cool whip or your favorite brand whipped topping
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust

How To Make strawberry cream cheese pie

  • 1
    empty jello into large bowl,add boiling water, Stir until dissolved, Add the softened cream cheese,beat with a mixer until well mixed. fold in the whipped topping.

    pour into crust. Can add sliced strawberries at this point if you wish. Sometimes I do & dometimes I don't. I put it in freezer for about 30 minutes then take it out & put in in the refigerator for at least 3 hours before I serve it.
