Ingredients For strawberries and cream cobbler

1 stickbutter, melted

1egg, beaten lightly

1 cwhole milk

1 call-purpose flour

1 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2 ptstrawberries, capped and chopped into med size pieces

4 ozcream cheese, cut into small cubes
How To Make strawberries and cream cobbler

1Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and pour into a 9x13 or 3-quart baking dish.

2Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

3Then add milk and egg to the dry ingredients to make the batter.

4Pour into the baking dish on top of melted butter.

5Then place strawberries into the batter and space them out.

6Then add cubed cream cheese.

7Bake for 45 minutes or till brown.
