One of my favorite pies is this recipe for Southern Pecan Pie. I make pecan pie during the Holidays.

Ingredients For southern pecan pie

3eggs

2 Tbspbutter, melted

2 Tbspall-purpose flour
-
1/4 tspvanilla extract
-
1/8 tspsalt
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 1/2 clight corn syrup

1/2 cpecan halves
-
9-inch pie crust, unbaked
How To Make southern pecan pie

1Beat eggs; blend in butter; flour, vanilla, salt, sugar and corn syrup.

2Sprinkle pecans over pie crust; pour egg mixture over pecans.

3Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking for 40 minutes or until middle is set.
