I grew up eating sour cream raisin pie. My mother made many desserts with raisins and sour cream. She made the best pie's and they were always requested over cakes.

Ingredients For sour cream raisin pie

1 csugar

1 csour cream
-
1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspcloves
-
3egg yolks
-
1egg white
-
1/2 craisins
- PIE CRUST

1/3 cbutter, cold

1 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1 tspapple cider vinegar

4-5 Tbspwater
How To Make sour cream raisin pie

1Pie Crust: Mix flour, baking powder & salt together. Cut in butter to flour mixture until it resembles coarse meal. Then add apple cider vinegar and cold water. Mix into a ball and roll out. Prick crust so it does not bubble.

2Bake crust at 400 F degrees for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool.

3Filling: Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. Spoon filling into cooled pie crust and cover with a meringue or whipped cream. Enjoy!!
