1/2 cwater

1/2 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 Tbspall purpose flour

1 dashsalt

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspcinnamon, ground

1/4 tspclove, ground

1 1/2 tspgrated lemon rind

1/3 clemon juice

3 lgeggs

1 csour cream

1 pkgpie pastry, prepared
How To Make sour cream raisin pie

1Put raisins in water in saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer 5 minutes

2Mix sugars, flour, salt, spices, lemon rind, and juice.Stir into hot mixture. Cook. Stirring until slightly thickened. Remove from heat---Cool

3Beat eggs with sour cream, until blended. Stir into raisin mixture. Spoon into prepared pie crust. Bake at 450 degree for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 20 minutes.
