1/3 cfresh lime juice

3 Tbspcornstarch

1 cheavy cream

1/4 cbutter

1 csour cream

8 ozcool whip
How To Make sour cream and lime pie

1Combine the sugar, cornstarch, lime zest, lime juice, heavy cream and butter in a medium saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook until the mixture thickens.

2Remove from heat and let cool. Fold in the sour cream. Pour into the baked shell.

3Top with cool whip and keep in fridge.
