Ingredients For sour cherry pie

1unbaked pie shell for 2 crust pie

1/3 cflour
-
2 canpitted red tart cherries (16 oz) drained

1/4 tspalmond extract
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1 1/3 csugar
How To Make sour cherry pie

1preheat oven to 425

2mix sugar and flour.

3stir cherries into sugar mixture. turn into pastry lined pie plate.

4Sprinkle with almond extract and dot with butter.

5Cover pie with top crust that has slits cut into it. seal and flute edge.

6Bake until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through the slits. approx 35-45 minutes.
