I've been making this key lime pie for my family and it is so delicious and so easy, it would be a shame not to share.The true beauty about it is prep time and baking time. Only bakes for 15 minutes! I know you and yours will rave about it! Enjoy!

Ingredients For so-so easy key lime pie

1 cansweetened condensed milk (14oz)

4egg yolks, beaten

1/2 ckey lime juice (or regular lime juice)

19inch graham cracker pie crust

whipped cream, sweetened or cool whip
How To Make so-so easy key lime pie

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and beaten egg yolks. Slowly add the lime juice, whisking as you do. The mixture should begin to thicken. Pour into the prepared graham cracker pie crust. Bake for about 15 minutes or until filling is almost set. Do not brown the pie. Let cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
