This is a delicious warm weather desert. I created it to be made in three different citrus flavors. Choose Lime, lemon, or orange. It is like a mousse. There is a very fattening high sugar pie similar to this out there. I wanted to create something cool refreshing and low-fat. If you’re dieting, or if you’re not dieting. This is a guilt free pie. 3.5 grams of fat and only 200 calories per serving. It is really refreshing and delicious. I hope you all enjoy it.

Ingredients For skinny 3 flavors citrus mousse pie

  • 16 oz
    fat free cream cheese (2 8 ounces packages)
  • 1/3 c
    powdered sugar or 3 tb splenda processed into powdered sugar
  • the zest of 1 lime, lemon, or 1/2 an orange
  • 1 Tbsp
    juice of 1 lime, lemon, or orange
  • 1/3 c
    fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 pkg
    0.6 ounce sugar free lime, lemon, or orange jello
  • 8 oz
    fat free cool whip thawed
  • 1
    reduced fat graham cracker ready crust
  • 2/3 c
    hot boiled water
  • fat free cool whip for serving optional
  • NOTE: HIGHER CALORIES BUT, LOW FAT. YOU MAY SUBSTITUTE FULL SUGAR JELL-O FOR THE SUGAR-FREE JELL-O IF YOU’RE NOT WORRIED ABOUT THE CALORIES. IT WILL STILL KEEP IT LOW FAT.

How To Make skinny 3 flavors citrus mousse pie

    Note: Match your Jell-O flavor with your juice and zest. orange Jello, Use orange zest and juice. Lime Jello, use lime zest and lime juice. Lemon, use lemon zest and lemon juice

  • Jello mixed with water

    Mix water with jello thoroughly. Place in fridge to cool down. Cool about 15-20 minutes.
  • Cream cheese, lime juice, zest, sugar and yogurt mixed together.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar, yogurt, lime, lemon, or orange juice, with lime, lemon, or orange zest. Beat together until smooth.

    On low speed add in the cooled jello liquid to cream cheese mixture. Mix until smooth.

    Fold cool whip into mixture until well combined and no streaks show.

    Pour into crust and refrigerate until firm about 4-6 ours

    Slice and serve with fat free cool whip, cool whip free, or any fat free canned whipped cream. Garnish with lime, lemon, or orange zest
