I have collected recipe from everywhere so I don't know where I got this one it so unusual that when I found it in my recipes I decided to share it with you.

Ingredients For ritz cracker pie

    crushed ritz creackers
  • 4
    egg whites stiffly beaten
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • c
    chopped nuts

How To Make ritz cracker pie

    Mix everything together and pour into a greased pie plate.not sure what size so use your own judgement. This can be made sugar-free.Just add 1-cup Splenda for baking instead of grandulated sugar.
