Ingredients For ricotta pie with choc.chips & gran mariner
- PIE CRUST IS PILLSBURY DOUBLE PIE CRUST OR MAKE YOUR OWN
- FILLING

215 oz. cartons whole milk ricotta cheese

2large eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 cdark chocolate chips

1/3 csugar
-
grate rind of 1 orange

2 Tbspgran marnier or any orange liqueur
How To Make ricotta pie with choc.chips & gran mariner

1In a large bowl combine ricotta cheese, eggs, sugar, orange peel and orange liqueur. Beat gently until blended. Add the chocolate chips and hand fold them through the ricotta mixture.

2In a 9 inch pie plate, fit the crust into the bottom, flute edges and fork bottom. Add the filling.

3The second crust cut into 1 inch wide strips and cross the other ones under as lattice. Flute edges. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes. Refrigerate leftovers.
