Ingredients For ricotta mascarpone pie

  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz
    mascarpone cheese,and 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    prepared pillsbury piecrusts {use one of the 2 in package}refrigerated
  • cinnamon for garnishing before baking

How To Make ricotta mascarpone pie

    Combine the Ricotta Cheese,Mascar[one Cheese,eggs,vanilla extract,salt and sugar

    Beat together until smooth

    Pour into the prepared pie crust

    Sift some cinnamon over top,SPARINGLY

    Bake at 350 degrees (preheated oven) about 40-45 minutes

    CHILL OVERNIGHT or several hours till COLD and FIRM
