Ingredients For rhubarb torte

  • CRUST:
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 5 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • FILLING:
  • 2
    eggs beaten with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    chopped nuts
  • 3 c
    chopped rhubarb

How To Make rhubarb torte

  • 1
    Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix filling and pour into baked crust. Bake for an additional 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
