We like Rhubarb pie This is a good recipe .I wish i had my grandma thomas,s recipe she made the best .But this is close to it.

pie pastry, for double crust pie

4 cdiced fresh or defrosted rhubarb

1/4 call purpose flour

11/2 csugar

1 tspgrated orange peel

1/4 tspground mace

1 to 2 Tbspbutter or margarine
How To Make rhubarb pie

1Prepare pastry as directed. Toss rhubarb with flour,sugar,orange peel and mace.pour into bottom of crust;dot with bits of butter.Top fruit with lattice or plain crust.Pinch and crimp edge;slash top to vent.

2Bake at 450 oven for 10 min;reduce oven to 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve ay room temperature.
