Ingredients For rhubarb custard pie

  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 can
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg or cinnamon
  • dash of salt
  • 3
    beaten eggs
  • 4 c
    diced rhubarb, stir into mixture
  • double pie crust

How To Make rhubarb custard pie

  • 1
    Pour into pie crust and dot with butter. Put on top crust: bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
