    milk
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cornstarch
  • 3
    egg yolks, beaten
  • 3 c
    rhubarb
  • meringue
  • 9" pie crust

How To Make rhubarb cream pie, grandma w

    Cook rhubarb 1 min then drain. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add milk. When thick add eggs, cook for a few min, add rhubarb and cool. Put into crust and top with meringue.
