What can I say except that this is yummy. My husband loves pies so this is one of many that I make for him.

Ingredients For ranchers pie

1 1/2 csugar

1 3/4 ccrushed pineapple, undrained

3eggs, slightly beaten

3 Tbspself-rising flour
-
1 cflaked coconut
-
3/4 stickbutter or margarine, melted

1deep dish raw pie shell
How To Make ranchers pie

1Preheat oven to 350. Stir together the sugar, pineapple, eggs, flour & coconut. Melt butter & add to other ingredients.

2Pour filling into pie shell. Bake for approx 1 hr or until filling is set & browned.

3Tip: Before filling raw pie shell, I rub a little egg white or milk onto bottom of pie shell. This will help brown bottom of curst & prevents it from being soggy.
