Ingredients For quick pie crust

  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1 c
    self rising flour

How To Make quick pie crust

  • 1
    Bring water and oil to a boil. Add flour and remove from heat.
  • 2
    Stir. Put mixture into 8" pie pan (ungreased) and flatten with your fingers to shape of pan. Bake at 350* until light brown.
