Love, love, love this recipe! It has everything... fall pumpkin spice flavors, cool creamy ice cream, graham cracker crust, whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel on top, if you choose... what's not to like? And, best of all, you can have it together in a matter of minutes without a grocery list the length of your arm of "special" ingredients to buy. One of my kids favorites from Thanksgiving through Christmas. A wonderful recipe to include your kids or grandkids in the preparation to make them feel like they contributed something for your Thanksgiving feast. Enjoy!

1graham cracker pie crust, ready-made

1As quick as 1,2,3 steps! Mix all ingredients by hand until incorporated.

2Pour into prepared graham cracker pie crust.

3Place in freezer to harden overnight. Done! Feel free to top with whipped cream, caramel ice cream topping, crushed Heath bars, whatever you enjoy. Guests always think that it's much more complicated than it is... it will be our little secret!
