Ingredients For pumpkin pie / ice cream

1 pint of vanilla ice cream at room temp ( let it melt)

1 reg can of pumpkin

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 eggs beaten
-
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 frozen deep dish pie shell ( thaw )
How To Make pumpkin pie / ice cream

1Pre heat oven to 450 thaw and prick pie shell bottom and sides

2Mix all ingredients ice cream,pumpkin,brown sugar,eggs,spice pour into the pie shell Bake for 10 min at 450 reduce heat to 350 bake for 40 min more or until done. check by inserting a knife or toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean
