Ingredients For pumpkin pie

  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 5/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 1 can
    pumpkin (15 oz)
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 1
    (9 inch) deep dish pie shell

How To Make pumpkin pie

    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  • 2
    Add all spices and pumpkin and mix.
  • 3
    Slowly add evaporated milk.
  • 4
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 5
    Reduce to 350 degrees and bake additional 45 minutes.

    Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
